So what country do the organisers of these actually think they live in? Are they unaware of the miserable procession of foul weather that troops across the North Atlantic for all but 2 randomly selected weeks of the year? Or perhaps they have missed the subtle nuance that is the glaring lack of an alternative to the automobile in this neck of the woods?
